The success of a company is not only in the hands of good leadership, but in the people that make up the organisation. At Can-I, anyone with potential, perseverance and the right mindset can move up the ranks − given that they are willing to explore and learn. These are the greatest assets and key in the steady expansion.
Can-I take pride in their ability to anticipate and solve problems during the production and execution process, which has earned them a reputation for doing the seemingly impossible by tapping into their inherent resourcefulness and perseverance.

From pioneers at Can-I’s establishment, to those who were later groomed into the ranks, this group of senior Project Directors have been empowered to take the helm in driving a project from start to finish. Beginning at the tendering process, moving onto savvy negotiations, over- looking the full cycle of project management, to the final handover upon completion − each member of this team is a capable leader of calibre.
Be it 25 years, 10 or less, regardless of time in service, each member of this tier is well versed with the full scale of work on a project − often stepping in to engage in any one of the duties of their workforce, should the need arise. These leaders came from various backgrounds and acquired their expertise over years of opportunity to learn, freedom to explore and subsequently grow from their experiences.
There is a resonance of comradery in this team, where each leader with his own unique talent often lends himself / herself to another project, either on a quick site visit, or for a short-term role within the project. Driven by their passion for satisfying results, these leaders are blind to the concept of rank and role whilst collaborating, where anyone from any rank can offer suggestions and solutions. With each project growing in uniqueness, complexity and challenges, they have always met them with confident, thanks to this value of openness in their team.

He extends the same courtesy in all international worksites by providing short-term employment to locals in the surrounding community. Even recruits with a troubled past with the law are given a second chance at Can-I to build a new career path.
All Can-I apprentices are trained to anticipate and resolve problems, produce creative and innovative designs, work more efficiently, generate high quality workmanship, communicate effectively, and transfer knowledge to fellow workers.
